How to reduce inflammation naturally
Inflammation. We hear this word often. But what is it and how does it affect us?
Though inflammation may manifest itself through diseases like allergy, arthritis and autoimmune disease, many of us are in a state of chronic, low-grade inflammation as a result of our environment, food and lifestyle choices. Since inflammation is at the root of many diseases, learning ways to combat it may help prevent disease and increase overall health and wellness.
In this workshop, you will learn what inflammation is, what causes it and how we can manage it holistically and naturally with food and lifestyle choices. You will leave with some practical tools to begin an anti-inflammatory lifestyle!
All are welcome! Come as you are.
