Rena is a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and a Basi Certified Pilates Instructor. She is highly skilled in manual therapy, Pilates-based rehab techniques, KinesioTaping, ISTYM, and much more.
She is passionate about empowering patients or clients to take control of their health and wellness and reach their full potential. She uses a holistic treatment approach and individually tailors each treatment session. She is a hands-on practitioner with the main goal of getting you out of pain.
Rena is a doting Dog Mom to her German Shepard – Mocha. She enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé, Dave.
